EMC Off Season Cycling Club
This is a digital, 4-week program designed specifically for cyclists by Eastside's Doctors of Physical Therapy who also ride bikes.
This program is designed to decrease your body’s asymmetries, build a proper foundation for lower body lifting and core, and teach you basic lifting relevant to cyclists.
You’ll need a foam roller, a dumbbell or kettlebell (or something heavy to hold), an exercise band, and a step to participate fully.
The Club also includes access to a Slack channel with Dr. Anthony and Dr. Amy. We’ll be there to answer questions, keep you on track, and cheer you on.
